Both the bathroom and ensuite feature the timeless Kempsey Grey 300x600 tiles on floors and walls. This porcelain tile offers a contemporary stone-look finish that brings a calm, cohesive palette to these intimate spaces. Its subtle texture and neutral tone create a soothing, spa-like environment—perfectly complementing the clean lines of the freestanding bathtub, black matte fixtures, and minimalist fittings.

WHITE GLOSS KIT KAT MOSAIC
