Clean, Bright, and Timeless
The kitchen immediately impresses with its bright, airy feel—thanks in large part to the use of Sky White tiles on the splashback. These elongated subway tiles are laid in a classic horizontal pattern, pairing effortlessly with the sleek white cabinetry and minimalist fixtures. The glossy white finish not only reflects light to enhance the natural brightness of the space but also brings a modern edge that complements the black window frames and matte black appliances. It’s a clean and timeless look that anchors the heart of the home.

Soft Luxury
Step into the bathrooms, and the tone shifts to one of soft sophistication. The walls and floors are adorned with Entiva Enzo Moon and Cinder tiles, creating a harmonious blend of light grey and taupe undertones. These larger format tiles provide a seamless backdrop that feels both luxurious and tranquil.
The choice of the Enzo series adds depth and a subtle texture, with Cinder offering a slightly warmer shade that contrasts beautifully with the cool, calming hue of Moon. Together, they ground the space while still keeping it light and open—perfect for relaxing morning routines or a quiet wind-down in the evening.

Textural Interest
Adding a layer of intricate design is the Entiva Enzo Windmill Mosaic, used as a feature strip in the bathrooms. This fine mosaic tile introduces a hint of pattern without overwhelming the space, providing just the right amount of visual texture to break up the larger format tiles. It’s a small detail with a big impact, elevating the entire design with its delicate, woven aesthetic.
Tile selection can make or break a design—and in this new build, it’s clear that every choice was made with intention. From the clean, bright finish of the Sky White splashback to the warm, earthy tones of the Enzo Moon and Cinder, and the subtle sophistication of the Windmill Mosaic, the result is a cohesive, contemporary home with timeless appeal.
