Some homes immediately feel calm the moment you step inside. This stunning Midway Point project by Neathouse is one of them, combining natural materials, soft textures and thoughtful detailing to create a home that is both beautiful and highly functional.
Throughout the home, a carefully curated tile selection provides consistency while allowing each space to have its own unique character. Warm stone-look porcelain is paired with handcrafted gloss splashbacks to introduce colour, texture and personality.

The kitchen makes an instant impression with Zellige 2 Aqua Gloss 100x100 adorning the splashback.
Inspired by traditional Moroccan zellige tiles, the glossy finish and tonal variation create beautiful movement as natural light changes throughout the day. The soft aqua hue perfectly complements the warm timber joinery and crisp white benchtops, creating a fresh yet timeless space that feels welcoming and full of character.
A Refined Retreat

The bathrooms feature Pietra Rapolano Ivory 600x600 on both the floors and walls, creating a seamless, luxurious finish that enhances the feeling of space.
Inspired by natural limestone, Pietra Rapolano Ivory offers subtle movement and warm neutral tones that pair effortlessly with timber cabinetry and brushed copper tapware. Using the same tile across both floors and walls allows the architecture and beautiful fixtures to take centre stage while delivering a calm, cohesive aesthetic.
The vanities are finished with Zellige 2 Aqua Gloss 100x100 splashbacks, adding a handcrafted element that brings colour and texture without overpowering the soft, natural palette.
Pietra Rapolano Ivory 600x600 is stocked in Tasmania, making it an excellent choice for projects requiring premium style with convenient local availability.
